The return took a little longer than I expected, but the exchange itself went smoothly. Overall, it was a easy process and I’d recommend it if you need to swap something out

I really wanted to love my Summersalt suit because the photos online made it look so cute, but once I tried it on, I was kind of confused? Like, am I the only one who thought it looked way better on the website?
The colors were nice enough, but in person it felt a lot more plain than I expected. The cut just didn’t work for me either, it made me feel boxy and not very flattering, which was disappointing.

For the price, I guess I expected something that felt more stylish or special. To me, it came across like a basic swimsuit with really good marketing photos. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I did get help in the end, but the replies took longer than I expected. It kind of felt like my issue wasn’t a priority until I followed up, which was a little frustrating. Overall, the support was okay, just not exactly quick.

I’ll give it this: the swimsuit looks nice in photos, so at least it has that going for it. But actually wearing it was a different story. It dug in pretty much everywhere and offered almost no support, which made it really uncomfortable fast. I reached out to customer support too, but the replies felt like copy-paste messages and didn’t really help.

Feels soft, washes fine, and still looks good. It’s a bit thin in a few spots, but overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered a swimsuit from Summersalt and the shipping was okay, not bad, just okay. It wasn’t super slow or anything, but it definitely wasn’t as fast as I expected either. The tracking didn’t update for a couple days, so I kept checking it and wondering what was going on. The package ended up arriving later than the first estimate, but it did show up in good condition, which I appreciated. Overall, it was fine, I just wish the shipping updates were clearer
